Calling a party from the inbound call log
While consulting, you can call the party whose record is presented.
Note: Only the parties whose number is presented can be called back.
Storing the name and/or number in the private directory
During the consultation, you can store in your private directory the coordinates of the party
whose record is presented to you.
Notes:
• If the calling party has protected his identity, the screen displays
a series of asterisks instead of the name and number.
• If the calling party is not identified, the screen displays
"UNKNOWN" instead of the name and number.
• If only the number is stored, the number appears instead of the
name.
• When a call has already been read, the symbol
> appears in
front of the name.
4 - Press the key to display the second part of the information:
the caller number and the number of calls from this party.
Press the key to return to the previous information.
5 - Press the or keys to display the information
concerning the other stored calls.
• Press the Call key.
You can also press the green key or the OK . key.
-> The phone automatically calls the party. The display shows the
number of the party called.
The record remains stored in the log, and the symbol >> appears
in front of the name to indicate the redialling.
1 - Press the interactive Create key.
-> The screen proposes to create a record in the private directory.
2 - Press the
OK key.
-> The name and number are automatically recorded in the
private directory.
