Calling a party from the inbound call log
While consulting, you can call the party whose record is presented.
Note: Only the parties whose number is presented can be called back.
Storing the name and/or number in the private directory
During the consultation, you can store in your private directory the coordinates of the party
whose record is presented to you.
Notes:
If the calling party has protected his identity, the screen displays
a series of asterisks instead of the name and number.
If the calling party is not identified, the screen displays
"UNKNOWN" instead of the name and number.
If only the number is stored, the number appears instead of the
name.
When a call has already been read, the symbol
> appears in
front of the name.
4 - Press the key to display the second part of the information:
the caller number and the number of calls from this party.
Press the key to return to the previous information.
5 - Press the or keys to display the information
concerning the other stored calls.
Press the Call key.
You can also press the green key or the
OK
.
key.
-> The phone automatically calls the party. The display shows the
number of the party called.
The record remains stored in the log, and the symbol >> appears
in front of the name to indicate the redialling.
1 - Press the interactive Create key.
-> The screen proposes to create a record in the private directory.
2 - Press the
OK key.
-> The name and number are automatically recorded in the
private directory.
