This function is used to program on your phone or more appointments. Your phone will re-
mind you of your appointment at the desired time.
Programming the agenda function
1 - Press the interactive Funct. key.
-> The display shows "
CHOOSE A SERVICE".
2 - Press the interactive Feature key.
3 - Press the interactive Alarm key.
-> If no appointment is programmed, the display shows
"
APPOINTMENT NOT ACTIVATED", and appointment
no. 1 is suggested.
• To choose a different order number (between 1 and 4), press the
interactive More key.
4 - Press the interactive Activ. key
-> The display prompts you to enter the hour of the appointment.
5 - Enter the time of the appointment, between 0000 and 2359
(for example, 1830 corresponds to 06:30 p.m.).
• In case of an error, press the interactive Erase key.
6 - Press the interactive Enter key to finish.
-> The display indicates that the action has been validated.
Reminder: Use the red key to cancel or terminate the
programming.
Appointment reminder:
At the time of the appointment, your phone rings and indicates
"
Appointment reminder".
• To stop the appointment reminder ring tone, press the
interactive Mute key.
