Replace function
This function is used to temporarily recover the features and programming on your phone
to use them on another phone.
Caution: You have to personalise your secret code before you activate this function
(See "Activating the phone lock" on page 97.)
On the phone used temporarily:
1 - Press the interactive Funct. key.
-> The display prompts you to choose a service.
2 - Press the interactive (-->) Replace key.
-> The display prompts you to dial the extension number whose
features you want to recover.
3 - Enter your extension number.
-> The screen prompts you to enter the secret code.
4 - Enter your phone’s secret code.
You can access the various features associated to your phone
number.
Examples:
• You can change the programming of your call forwarding.
• You can access your personal abbreviated numbers.
• If you want to alert a party from this temporary phone, the
suggested messages are personalised to your identity.
