Programming the access codes on a programmable key:
To make accessing your mailbox even simpler, you can store the codes used to access it
on a programmable key.
-> A voice prompt welcomes you to the voicemail and gives you the
different commands to access your voice mailbox. Simply follow
the instructions.
2 - Enter the voice mailbox number followed by # and/or the secret
code followed by # (*).
Note: we recommend storing this sequence on a programmable
key.
-> A voice prompt indicates the number of messages received.
The indicator goes out after the messages have been played.
1 - Press the Tools key.
-> The display shows "
PROGRAMMING".
2 - Press the
OK key.
-> The display shows:
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO PROGRAM?
3 - Press the interactive Key key.
-> The display prompts you to select the desired programmable
key.
4 - Press a programmable key.
-> The indicator associated with that key lights up, and the display
shows the programming status of the key.
5 - Press the interactive Modify key.
6 - Press the interactive Tone key.
7 - Enter the sequence (voice mailbox number followed by # and/or
the secret code followed by #)*.
8 - Press the interactive Enter key to validate the programming.
