Using the automatic redial function

You are calling an internal party who is busy or does not answer. You can request the party
to call you back automatically.
Notifying the party
When the party you wish to reach does not answer, you can send a short message to the
display of your party's phone, provided that the (internal or external) party is connected to
a digital interface.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
To activate the automatic redial function:
Press the interactive Redial key (before hanging up).
As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line was busy)
or has activated his telephone (if out of office), your phone rings.
When you answer, your called party's phone that is "in callback"
also rings.
To deactivate the automatic redial function:
If you want to cancel the automatic callback function.
Press successively the interactive keys Funct., Feature, -->
Memory, Call bk.
-> The display shows the number for automatic callback.
Press the interactive Cancel key to deactivate the automatic
callback of the number displayed.
1 - Press the Notify key.
-> The display shows the first of the six predefined messages.
2 - Press successively the interactive More key to select a
different predefined message, or a free message text
(message no. 7).
-> Depending on your choice, you have to complete the message
displayed, or enter a free message text on the alphanumeric
keypad.
If you need to correct an entry, press the interactive Erase key.
