Deleting, modifying and exiting the programming
4 - Dial the number of the phone, then press the interactive Enter
key.
-> The display shows the programming of the key.
You can now activate one of the features (message, forward,
agenda, lock, …) by simply pressing the programmed key.
To program a filter:
You want to program the filter function for the phone calls of one of
your colleagues.
1 - Press the interactive Filter key.
-> The display prompts you to declare whether you are filtering or
filtered.
2 - For filtering, press the interactive Activ. key, for instance.
-> The display prompts you to select the type of forwarding.
3 - Dial the number of the phone to be filtered.
-> In case of an error, press the interactive Erase key.
4 - Press the interactive Enter key to validate the programming.
-> The display shows the programming of the key.
You can now activate or deactivate the filter function simply by
pressing this key, depending on your activities.
After having programmed a key, the display shows the
programming status of that key, and offers different options.
1 - Press the interactive Erase key to delete the programming
presented.
2 - Press the interactive Modify key and repeat the procedure
described below to modify the programming displayed.
3 - Press the interactive Start key to return to the start in order to
program another key.
