* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
To pick up a call meant for any phone:
You can intercept the call on a phone when its designated user is
absent:
1 - Press the interactive Pick-up key.
2 - Press the interactive Extens. key.
3 - Dial the extension number.
You can talk to the contact.
Note: If this situation arises frequently with the same phones, ask
the system operator to become part of the same call group.
To pick up a call on general ring

The operator is absent and you want to recover a common bell call:
1 - Press the interactive Pick-up key.
2 - Press the interactive G.Rin g key.
You can talk to the contact.
