5. If you want to cancel the update (so you can archive your data,
for example), press CANCEL.
Otherwise, press CONTINUE.
6. The update then begins.
When the update is complete, the analyzer automatically shuts
down and restarts.
CAUTION: Do not remove the CD until after the analyzer shuts down and restarts to com-
plete the software update, or you could damage the analyzer.
10.5 Returning the Analyzer for Service
Authorization for service to the analyzer must be obtained from Abaxis Technical Service before
sending the analyzer in. To obtain authorization for service on the analyzer, call Abaxis Technical
Service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-822-2947.
