Troubleshooting
8.1 Using Analyzer Messages
If problems occur, the analyzer can display warnings, iQC codes, and
other messages to help diagnose the problem.
Use the information in this section, and in Appendix A, “iQC Codes,
for help in resolving these errors.
8.2 Contacting Abaxis Technical
Service
If the troubleshooting recommendations contained in this section do not
correct the problem with the analyzer or the reagent rotors, record the
error message and/or print an error report and contact Abaxis Technical
Service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-822-2947, or send a fax
to 1-877-900-9333.
