I/O extension module 3). “ZZ” specifies
the limit (01: AI1 under minimum, 02: AI1
above maximum, 03: AI2 under
minimum, 04: AI2 above maximum).
Check signal level at the analog input.
Check the wiring connected to the input.
Check the minimum and maximum limits
of the input in parameter group 12
