Batch Injection Measurement

a. This screen combines the three
Main Panel
display modes on one screen:
Numeric Display
Spectrum Display
TimeChart Display
b. The
Batch Mode Status
display box in the lower right screen shows the
status of the current injection. (Figure 113)

Batch Mode Processing
In
batch processing mode,
the analyzer:
1. Initiates the batch injection procedure.
2. Evacuates the cavity.
3. Flushes the cavity with zero air twice before requesting the sample.
4. Prompts you to inject sample (of >60 ml) gas into the syringe port.
a. You have 120 seconds to inject the sample.
If you take longer than 120 seconds to complete the injection, the
Failed Injection
message displays and instructs you to restart the
injection process.
