3. Browse and select the SCD file.
4. Click Open to open the file.
The imported SCD file will replace the Internal IED from original substation
structure and push it to unassigned IEDs folder.

Importing the FPN SCD file will convert the project into a
FPN project and the conversion is irreversible.
