3.2.16 UNIT Key (Continuous Key UP)
Holding down the key for about 0.5 second in the DC source mode conducts continuous operation. The
selected (flashing) digit increases by one increment automatically. Pressing any key stops the operation.
The step up interval is specified by the step time.
For more information on the step time setting, refer to Section 2.2.7, "Continuous Function."
3.2.17 UNIT Key (Continuous Key Down)
Holding down the key for about 0.5 second in the DC source mode conducts continuous operation. The
selected (flashing) digit decreases by one increment automatically. Pressing any key stops the operation.
The step down interval is specified by the step time.

3.2.18 UP Key (Increasing Source Range)
Increases the source range by one step.
3.2.19 V/I Key (Changing Source Function)
Selects the source function, voltage source or current source. There are the following restrictions on
switching between VS and IS:
• Switching during Operate in the DC source mode forces into Standby.
• Switching is disabled in the sweep source mode.
• Switching during sweep stop (start trigger wait status) in the sweep source mode forces into
Standby.
• Switching is disabled in the memory recall mode.
