2.3.2 Sweep Source Mode

5. Press the TRIG HOLD to start repeat sweep.
The source value changes by the step value from the start value to the stop value
at intervals specified by the step time.
"SWEEP" blinks while the sweep is executed.
Every time the source value changes, blinks once.
6. Whether the Return to bias is set to ON (RTB ON) or OFF (RTB OFF), the
sweep repeats from the start value after reaching the stop value.
7. Pressing TRIG HOLD while the sweep is executed pauses the sweep.
8. Pressing TRIG HOLD again while the sweep is paused resumes the sweep from
the source value at which it was paused.
9. When the Return to bias is set to ON (RTB ON), pressing STOP (PRGM
MODE) while the sweep is executed stops the sweep returning to the bias value.
When the Return to bias is set to OFF (RTB OFF), pressing it stops the sweep as
it is.
NOTE: In case of thermal electromotive force, the setting start value, stop value, step value or bias value may be
out of the source range and sweep cannot be executed depending on the type of thermocouple.
In this case, "Err601" will occur when the output status is set to Operate, showing that sweep execution
is unavailable. The output status cannot be set to Operate in this condition.
When the source function for single sweep or repeat sweep is thermal electromotive force, the actual step
time will be 0.15 s even if the step time is set to less than 0.15 s.
