If the room temperature is set to less than 0°C when thermocouple type B is
selected, it is deemed to be 0°C.
2.5 Saving and Loading Parameters
The 6146/6156 can save the setting parameters in the non-volatile memory, USER0 to USER3. The 6146/
6156 has a memory data save area, separated from the parameter save area.
2.5.1 Auto Load at Power ON
When the 6146/6156 is turned on, it starts up with the setting parameters from when it was previously
turned off.
To start up using predefined parameters, parameters saved in USER0 can be loaded at startup.
To select the parameter loading method at power ON, select on the Menu screen as follows:
6146: MENU, ..5.. PARAM, PON.LD
6156: MENU, ..6.. PARAM, PON.LD
P.OFF Start up using the parameters when the unit was last turned off.
USER0 Start up using the parameters saved in USER0.
NOTE:
1. The auto load function does not apply to memory data. At power ON, the memory data saved in the non-vol-
atile memory is loaded.
2. The GPIB address, USB ID and power on loading conditions are always saved in a different area and loaded
when the power is switched on.
