6. Take off wave washer then remove gear.
Oil pump body inspection
Inspect the oil pump outside diameter by caliper.
Oil pump OD. Limit: 21.98mm. min.
7. Remove mount bracket then circlip and dowel pin.
Oil tube inspection
Inspect the tube leaking and broken.
Oil pump gear inspection
Inspect the gear outside diameter by caliper.
Gear OD. Limit: 50.825mm. min.
NOTE: The CVT system, starter motor, starter drive,
flywheel, stator, oil pump and transmission can be
serviced with the engine in the frame.
