Stator installation

1. Install stator wire into crankcase.

2. Fasten stator screws (A) and pulse coil screws (B).

3. Place the fly wheel then washer in crankshaft.

4. fasten nut onto fly wheel.

Oil Pump Removal

1. Remove stator.

1. Remove gasket.

4. Take off the bolts then remove the oil pump.

2. Clean up the grease on oil pump gear.

5. Loosen the bolt then remove the circlip.
