During lifting, the spacer bars must be longer than the unit to
prevent the unit from being damaged during handling due to
overly tight ropes.
When transporting the unit by forklift, use symmetrical positions
(A-A or B-B) whether lifting the machine through the holes on the
base or taking it from under the pallet. Alternatively, the unit can
be lifted off the base of the wooden pallet.
LIFT
Units are delivered on a pallet; for lifting use suitable belts and
to ensure that the structure is not damaged, place protections
between the belts (or ropes, chains) and the carpentry.
If you want to lift with the forklift it is recommended to open the
forks as much as possible to make handling safe:
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Wear protective goggles and work gloves.
During lifting, the degree of inclination must not exceed 15
degrees.
Pay close attention to heavy and bulky equipment during
lifting and handling operations, and when resting on the
ground.
All panels must be firmly fixed before moving the unit.
Before lifting, check the specific weight on the technical plate.
Use all, and only the lifting points, if indicated.
Use standard ropes of equal length.
Handle the unit carefully and without sudden movements.
Do not stand under the unit during lifting.
It is imperative to always keep the machine in a vertical
position.
Attention: Units cannot be stacked.
