Making the Measurement
This section explains how to make a timebase measurement. If you are
using sensors, make sure they are properly placed and the software is set
up properly. (Refer to the Agilent 5530 Getting Started Guide for complete
instructions on using the software and the sensors.)
To make a timebase measurement, follow these steps:
1 Place the moveable optic at its starting position.
2 On the Set Up Laser: TIMEBASE screen, select Set Up Meas.
The Set Up Measurement: TIMEBASE screen is displayed (Figure 3-4).
