5 Using the Removable Ion Source
To Change the Ion Source
15 Remove the RIS probe extraction tool and replace the RIS
chamber cover. See “To Remove the RIS Probe Extraction
Tool from the Instrument” on page 104.
16 Click Next to pump down the chamber behind the RIS
chamber cover.
17 When prompted, click Finish.
