Installing Your Multibath System
4 Push connector of the controller-pump cable (part number G1103-61612)
into the remote control connector on the rear of the pump. When this cable
is connected, the control switch on the front panel does not function. This
prevents you using the pump manually during automatic operation.
5 You connect the peristaltic pump to the valve-pump controller with the
controller-pump cable (part number G1103-61612).
6 Set the flow control to 40 for a flow rate of about 6.5 ml/min.
Stage 2: Installing the Pump Tubi ng
The pump tubing for the pump is 2.06 mm i.d. The pump includes one pack of
pump tubing, 12 pieces per pack (part number 5041-2166). There are three
fixing-collars on each piece of pump tubing. This allows you to use the pump
tubing in two positions.
1 Put the pump tubing in the tubing-cassette, locating the fixing-collars on
each side of the cassette in the locating holes. Make sure that the
fixing-collars are pointing upwards and the tubing cannot slide out of the
cassette.
2 Repeat for each of the cassettes.
