7 Maintenance
Replace the Outlet Valve

A gold seal between outlet valve and heat exchanger
capillary is used for a tight connection. The seal can be
replaced separately as needed.
4 Unscrew the outlet valve with a 14 mm wrench (1) and
remove it (2).
5 Insert the new outlet valve and tighten it using a torque
wrench with a 14 mm bit set to 10 Nm.
6 Insert the heat exchanger capillary into the outlet of the
outlet valve (1). Using a torque wrench with a 2.5 mm hex
bit, set 3 Nm and close the hex screw at the top of the
outlet (2).
7 Replace the cap of the Outlet Valve. 8 Purge the system to remove air.
