18 Debug
18.1
System Log
System logs can be used for debugging purposes. If you want to export the system out to
a local PC or to a remote server for debugging, you can set up the function on the web
Upgrade > Advanced > System Log interface.
Parameter Set-up:
•
Log Level: select log levels from 1 to 7 levels. You will be instructed by Akuvox
technical staff about the specific log level to be entered for debugging purposes. The
default log level is 3, the higher level is 5, and the more complete log is 7.

Export Log: click the Export tab to export a temporary debug log file to a local PC.

Remote System Log Enabled: tick the checkbox to enable thefunction.
•
Remote System Server: enter the remote server address to receive the device log.
And the remote server address will be provided by Akuvox technical support.

Remote System Port: enter the remote system server port for the data transmission.
18.2
Remote Debug Server
A remote debug server is used to access the log remotely for debugging purposes. On the
web, navigate to Upgrade > Advanced > Remote Debug Server.
