System Administration Commands
admin
Syntax admin
Context <ROOT>
Description The context to configure administrative system commands. Only authorized users can execute the
commands in the admin context.
Default none
check-golden-bootstrap
Syntax check-golden-bootstrap
Context admin
Description This command validates the current golden bootstrap image, and displays its version, if found to be
valid. If the golden bootstrap image is not found to be a valid, an error message is displayed to that
effect.
debug-save
Syntax debug-save file-url
Context admin
Description This command saves existing debug configuration. Debug configurations are not preserved in
configuration saves.
Default none
Parameters file-url — The file URL location to save the debug configuration.
Values file url: local-url | remote-url: 255 chars max
local-url: [<cflash-id>/ | <usb-flash-id>][file-path], 200 chars max, including
the cflash-id directory length, 99 chars max each
remote-url: [{ftp://} login:pswd@remote-locn/][file-path]
remote-locn [ hostname | ipv4-address]
ipv4-address a.b.c.d
255 chars max, directory length 99 chars max each
cflash-id: cf1:, cf2 (only on 7210 SAS-T)
