configuration file, the index file, the sdx file and nvsys.info file will be created on uf1:\
and used subsequently. If the user specified the location of the configuration file in the
BOF as cf2:\, then the configuration file, the index file, the sdx file and nvsys.info file is
created on cf2:\ and used subsequently.
