Parameters number — the maximum number of ICMP TTL expired messages to send, expressed as a decimal 
integer. The seconds parameter must also be specified.
Values 10 to 100
seconds — the interval, in seconds, used to limit the number of ICMP TTL expired messages that 
can be issued, expressed as a decimal integer

unreachables
Syntax unreachables [number seconds]

Description This command enables the generation of ICMP host and network destination unreachable messages on 
the router interface. The rate at which ICMP unreachables is issued can be controlled with the optional 
number and seconds parameters by indicating the maximum number of destination unreachable 
messages that can be issued on the interface for a given time interval. 
By default, generation of ICMP destination unreachables messages is enabled at a maximum rate of 
100 per 10-s time interval.
The no form of the command disables the generation of ICMP destination unreachables on the router 
interface.
Default unreachables 100 10 — maximum of 100 unreachable messages in 10 s
