Configure Switch Features Chapter 7
Configure Traffic Permits and Fixups
Use caution when you configure traffic permits and fixups. We recommend
that you use the default values.
To configure traffic permits or fixups, follow these steps.
1. Click the Advanced tab.
2. Choose one of these options for incoming and outgoing packets that are
not handled by NAT:
• Pass-through—Permit the packets to pass across the NAT boundary.
• Blocked—Drop the packets.
3. In the Fix up Packets area, check or clear the checkboxes to enable or
disable fixups for ARP and ICMP.
By default, fixups are enabled for both ARP and ICMP.
4. Click Submit.
