5. Change the Interference Gas values (#1 and #2) back to their original
values, and click Apply.
6. Replace and tighten the Swagelok cap on the analyzer’s Span Gas
Connection inlet.
7. Turn on the Zero gas, and adjust it to its original pressure, or as per
recommended pressure listed on the Final “As-Built” drawings (if
available). The pressure must be less than the 1380 kPag (200 psig)
maximum Cell Pressure.
8. Change Flow Control to ‘0’ (Analyzer [auto] Control) and click Apply.
Click OK to return to the Setup tab, then click Save CFG to EEPROM
to permanently save the changes to the analyzer’s EEPROM.
If the Flow Control mode (Gas Calibration dialog box) has been in a
mode other than auto (“0”) for longer than the AZero Interval (hr)
duration, and you return it to auto, the mode will not switch until
after the Auto-Zero Timer (A-Z 0) duration elapses.
If the Flow Control mode is left in any mode other than ‘0’ (auto), the
message “Flow Control not in Auto” will be displayed in the Opera-
tional Message window on the Status tab.
