Iteration of the standard test procedure as per IEC 61000-4-12
The ring wave has to be applied
synchronized to the voltage phase at
the respective angle and the peak
value of the ac. voltage wave (positive
and negative).
The ring wave has to be applied
between lines and between line(s) and
earth. When testing line to earth the
test voltage has to be applied
successively between each of the lines
and earth.
The test voltage has to be increased
by steps from the lowest test level up
to the test level specified in the product
standard or test plan.
