  If your AMF-BRUNS Back-in-Box-Lift does not lower the platform, the remote control or Smartphone App might be defective. Check the remote control or Smartphone and repair or replace it if necessary. Alternatively, the lowering valve on the hydraulic aggregate could be defective. In this case, lower the platform using the emergency operating mode and have the lowering valve replaced in a specialist workshop.

  If the platform of your AMF-BRUNS Back-in-Box-Lift does not extend, first check the vehicle's battery and recharge or replace it if necessary. Also, check the fuses and replace them if necessary. For K70 and K90 models, manually pull the platform out of the cassette and have the latching switch replaced by a specialist workshop.

  If your AMF-BRUNS Back-in-Box-Lift neither raises nor lowers, it indicates a defect in the electrical or hydraulic system. Operate the Back-in-Box-Lift in the emergency operating mode and do not use it again. Contact a specialist workshop.

What to do if AMF-BRUNS Lifting Systems does not lift the platform off the ground?

  If your AMF-BRUNS Back-in-Box-Lift doesn't lift the platform off the ground, there could be several reasons. For K70 and K90 models only, the internal carriage might have been pushed back into the cassette. Try fully extending the platform using the cable or wireless remote control, or manually pull the platform out of the cassette. Alternatively, the remote control or Smartphone App may be defective, or the contactor has tripped. In this case, use the emergency operating mode to raise and retract the platform, and have the remote control and contactor checked by a specialist. Also, check the Smartphone and repair or replace it if necessary. Finally, the Back-in-Box-Lift’s electrical or hydraulic system may be defective, and you should have it checked by a specialist workshop.
