Replace lter element.•
Replace the lter element always after
the control lamp of the hydraulic oil lter
clogging lights up, if the minimum oper-
ation temperature of oil of 50 °C (140 °F)
is reached.
Disconnect oil level sensor (3), remove pipe hoses (4) and (5) •
and cover (6), clean tank interior.
Remove suction strainer, wash and blow out strainer with •
pressure air from inside. Check condition of suction strainer,
in case of any damage to ltration part, replace the strain-
er. Use new gasket under the cover (6), refer to Spare Parts
Catalogue.
Check temperature sensor – remove the sensor. Put in liquid •
heated to 88 °C (190 °F) temperature and check whether pi-
lot lamp for oil overheating will light up.
