2.7.5. Machine parking
After Roller stops, turn ON parking brake, shut o engine. •
NEVER dead-park the Roller on a slope
with gradient of over 15 %!. Dead park
the Machine on pavement area in place
with no potential of natural hazard
(landslide, potential ooding, etc.).
Switch o battery disconnector. •
Clean the Machine of any rough dirt (scrapers & tires).

Make overall inspection of the Machine and repair any de-
•
fects that have occurred during operation.
Check pressure in tires and inate up to 8 bar pressure.
•
Secure the wheels with Scotch blocks (if supplied with the
•
Machine).
Lock the cab (or eventually dashboard cover with the Machi-
•
ne that has no cab).
! CAUTION !
Fill up fuel in the lter following a rather long shut-
down of the Roller.
