What to do if ASP Laboratory Equipment says Well No. X is damaged?
- CCrystal BallardAug 31, 2025
If the ASP Laboratory Equipment indicates that Well No. X is damaged, remove the BI and wait 10 seconds. Check for and remove any debris from the well. If possible, perform a well calibration. After any active BI incubation cycles are complete, hard reboot the reader by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. If the problem persists, use another well and contact ASP.
