Problem: Backwash is triggered unintentionally.
Possible causes
Solution
Interference on the circuit
board.
Î
Check the
BADU OmniTronic’s
surroundings and
eliminate the interference
on the circuit board or
cable.
Î If using a contactor, attach
an RC element.
If triggered externally (contact),
there are devices causing
interference close to the cables
in the external contacts.
Î
If triggered externally, do
not lay cables with live
wires or use shielded
cables.
Problem: During certain procedures, the motor and the small,
blue sprocket turn in the other direction.
Possible causes
Solution
No error.
Î The motor turns the valve
insert in one direction. To
lower, change the
direction of rotation.
Problem: Water leaks between the valve lid and black lower
housing.
Possible causes
Solution
Leak on the shaft/lid.
Î
Replace the complete
upper part, send to the
manufacturer.
Hairline tear (seldom)
Î
Check unit pressure and
installation conditions.
Problem: Pump runs when the valve insert is transitioning
(turning).
Possible causes
Solution
Pump is not connected
correctly.
Î
Connect the pump
correctly.
