3.6.6 Digital inputs (DCx, ACx)
The digital inputs can be used as follows:
Input no. 1: Start backwash process (signal must be applied for 3
seconds)
Input no. 2: Switch on filter pump (in lowered position filter). The
previously set speed n1 to n3 is running. The released speed
stage can be changed in the interval mode.
Input no. 3: This is used for special functions.
DC1, DC2 and DC3 must be used for potential-free contacts:
Î See the terminal diagram!
DC1: for potential-free contacts, for example, pressure switch at
the valve/filter
Function: When the pressure switch (t>3s) is triggered, a
backwash/rinse cycle is started (available optionally; article no.
260.6402.087)
DC2: for potential-free contacts, for example manual, external
switches. If 24-hour filtering is wanted, a bridge must be set from
DC2 to GND.
Function: The pump switches to the “Filter” position as soon as
the switch is closed.
DC3: for potential-free contact, e.g. dry run protection
Function: Trigger at start pump (time A up to 60 s) and trigger
time of pump within the operating time (time B up to 60 s) and
reset. The display “-” stands for manual reset, the display “%”
means that the pump starts running again after 15 minutes.
AC1, AC2, AC3 and N must be used for 230 V-bearing signals:
