Description
03|2022 EN 31
AC1: 230 V input, for example remote switches (start backwash
via remote switch)
Function: With a voltage of 230 V (t>3s), a backwash/rinse cycle
is started.
AC2: 230 V input, for example from an external filter control
Function: With a voltage of 230 V and when in the “Filter”
position, the pump switches on. The speed n1 – n3 previously
selected in the filter settings is running.
AC3: 230 V input, for example, of a UPS
Function: for optional UPS, e.g. battery pack

3.6.7 Input for temperature sensor
DC4: Input for BADU OmniTronic water sensor
DC5: Input for BADU OmniTronic solar sensor
The sensors are available with different cable lengths 5 m and 15
m (optional: 260602117/2606402118).
The temperature sensors are always delivered with a PVC
adhesive flange drilling template. This enables uncomplicated
mounting of the pool water sensor. You can stick it directly onto
Ø50 or Ø63 pipes with this receptacle.
The module can also be used as a solar sensor either for
installation in the pipeline for the solar absorber or for fixing to the
roof.
The sensors are special sensors. Other types cannot be used.
Electrical connection:
[2] / brown wire: DC4 or DC5
[1] / white wire: GND
The temperature elements of the BADU OmniTronic are not
passive elements like PT100 or PT1000, for example. These are
active elements so that no resistance table can be shown.
The elements are poled. If these are connected incorrectly
(reversed), a temperature of e.g. -55 °C results. A minimum
temperature drift, can be compensated, if necessary by cable
length or lot deviation. by the setting under “Offset” in “Options”.
