3.5 Operating modes, manual
Special attention must be paid to the on-site situation (dry
running, water loss, etc.) for manual operating modes. When a
manual mode is selected, the menu display stays on the selected
item. If another mode is selected with the “left” arrow key, the
display changes. The set status is retained after a power failure or
interruption. If the manual mode is to be exited, an automatic
mode must be selected with the key (menu) and the arrow
keys .
3.5.1 Manual drain
The valve can be moved from “Filter” to “Drain”. When the valve
reaches this position, the filter pump turns on. The “Drain” function
has no time limitation. In this operating mode the pool is drained.
During the draining process, the filter pump is supplied with power
internally. If a variable-speed pump is connected, speed n3 is
activated. If the BADU OmniTronic has reached the manual
mode, the speed stage in Eco VS-pumps can be changed (n1, n2,
n3).
Avoid running the pump dry.
In case of level control, deactivate this (safety time: 1 min).
3.5.2 Manual circulate
The valve turns to “Circulate” and the pump turns on. The eco
pump switches at n3. The water is circulated without sand filter
during this valve setting.
If the BADU OmniTronic has reached the manual mode, the
speed stage in Eco VS-pumps can be changed (n1, n2, n3).
3.5.3 Manual closed
The valve turns to “Closed” and the pump does not turn on.
3.5.4 Manual filtering
The filter pump can be switched on manually in the filter position.
Speed n2 is output for speed-controlled pumps.
If the BADU OmniTronic has reached the manual mode, the
speed stage in Eco VS-pumps can be changed (n1, n2, n3).
3.5.5 Off
No switching functions except for level control are executed in this
operation mode. The current setting is retained; all other functions
are shut down.
