03|2022 EN 53
Problem: Backwash/rinse cycle cannot be started manually.
Possible causes
Solution
Incorrect contact connected to
the pressure switch.
Î
Reconnect the pressure
switch; use contacts 2 and
3. (Looking at the
pressure switch with the
contacts underneath,
these are the middle and
left contacts.)
Problem: Valve is in the FILTER position, however water is
flowing to the sewage (inspection glass).
Possible causes
Solution
Contamination through
small parts or sand.
Valve seal loose or worn.
Î
Remove the valve lid and
find the cause of the
overload. Clean the valve
if necessary.
Cam disc is not set correctly.
Î Remove the complete
upper part and send it to
the manufacturer.
Valve cover with actuating
drive was mounted on the
valve twisted by 180°.
Î Undo the screws, turn the
whole unit 180°, tighten
the screws. The angular
cams of the valve and
valve cover must match.
Problem: Pool loses considerable water over time.
Possible causes
Solution
Unfavourable installation
conditions.
Î
Check the installation
situation. If necessary,
install a special SPECK
non-return-valve
(240.9102.063).
Î
Please be aware that unintentional drops in the water level
can cause overlying roll-up covers to break. If necessary,
these should open automatically.
