Top screw : To adjust down end position of film door.
Bottom screw : To adjust up end position of film door.
ON position: normal working position. Motor will stop turning when stop position
has been reached.
OFF position: adjustment position. When moving the motor, the stop position will
move in the same direction the motor is spinning.
The working voltage of the motor is 24 volt DC at 2.5 amps. To switch between left
and right turning, just reverse the polarity of the 24 V DC to the wires of the rolling
shutter-motor. In the cable of the front door motor, a connector is installed. You can
take the cables out of this connector for easily reversing the polarity. The cable can
be find on the left side of the stepmotor assembly.
Short explanation on how the front door motor works :
The motor itself has two physical stops. It are those two physical stops which has to
be adjusted so that :
1. the motor stops when the door is just closed and detected by the
SilverWriter(LTL>chkswi).
2. the motor stops when the door is almost completely open.
The position of the sensor stop in the motor determine when the motor will stop
turning and therefore the front door also. So when you move the sensor stop
towards the Moving block the motor(front door) will turn(move) longer or shorter.
