Parameters : : explanation
1 Machine type : 7600
- indicates the type of machine
2 Beam_dpi combinations : -536870401
- indicates the choosen options of the optics.
- will be automatically calculated by entering
the options. (B-command: see later)
3 Chart home position (1/6400 mil) : 975000000
- defines the origin of the film along the drum for filmt0.
The plot position in X-direction is controlled by parameter 3 (carriage
home position) which unit is 1/6400 mil or 0.00397 µm. Increasing
/ decreasing the value of this parameter will decrease / increase
the gap between the left side of the job and the left side of the film.
Example:
The following is an example of how to move the left side of the job 5
mm closer to the left side of the film, supposing the value of parameter
3 is now 120000000.
Calculation of change to parameter 3: 5 mm = 5000 µm
5000 / 0.00397 = 1259446
new value of parameter 3 = 120000000 + 1259446 = 121259446
4 Resolution : 4000
- defines the resolutions of the plotter
Beams in use : 24
-Beams in use : indicates the maximum number of
beams that can be used. Depending on scaler.
5 Number of beams : 24
- defines the number of beams for expose
6 Index to film gap (1/32mil) : 300000
- defines the zero point around the drum
The plot position in Y-direction is controlled by parameter 6
(index to film gap) which unit is in 1/32mil. Increasing /
decreasing the value of this parameter will increase / decrease
the gap between the top side of the job and the top side of the
film.
