Error : FILM DOOR OPEN STOP
During operating the filmdoor interlock connection got interrupted.
All interlock panels are connected. So when one of the side panels are opened
during operating this error message is given.
►Check the interlock system
Error : Please close drum door
Open interlock
►Check interlock and connections(drawing DS30007)
►Are all panels closed
Error : Error index before end of reading last divider
It’s a check on the installed software on Maccon
► Install latest LTL
Error : Illegal operation: check and reinitialize machine before queueing
An error message occurred in the previous job
► Power off the machine completely and start again.
Error : Maccon goes automatic to Expose ?
Maccon crashes: Is going back to ‘expose.?’
► Check +5V directly on the Maccon board. Measure on diod DF1.
► Main voltages.
► MACCON.
Error : shaft encoder simulator enabled
Hunting for index ... found.
No ref_counter started ... retrying

► Restart machine
► Check voltages for Maccon
