Alignment of the laser path
Tool: 3 holes optical wand
Laser
Position the laser at a min. distance of 62 mm from the center line
(see drawing 39251).
The space between the lens -F40''/''F50 and mirror M1 must be large
enough to dismount both lenses without removing the laser.
When mirror M1 is removed beam points(if laser is still working) through
first target. A second target can be made on the wall where the beam
points to.
Remark
Laser 05 LHP 151 is a 5 mW polarized laser which needs a power
supply 05 LPM 902-065 with an output voltage range of 1850-2450V and
current 6.5 mA.
See
below.
Lens L1 (Biconvex lens F50mm)
Insert L1 in its holder as close as possible to the laser.
Mount it on rods of laser adapter plate no. 2 and check if the beam
points at the same target on the wall as without L1. Otherwise change
the position of the laser adapter plate no. 2.
Check if the beam has no vague streaks at position M1 and at target
on the wall, otherwise reposition L1, clean the lens or replace the lens.
