Error : Spurious chartcon reset
Due to interference on the AC power supply, the optics controller board(carlass)
inside the carriage got a false reset command.
► Ground of 3phase and monophase should be interconnected.
► Spikes on 3phase voltage
► Ground cable to the plotter
► Ground of Carlass cable from carriage to elektronic rack should be connected
Error : Chartcon time out error in shinit
Unable to initialise shutter
►Voltages still present on carlass?
‼ Connector JF2.
Connection 1&2 : gnd
17&18 : +12V
21&22 : -5V
‼ Connector JE1
Connection 1&4 : gnd
2 : 5V (shutter cable disconnected)
►Carlass, Maccon, shutter
►Cable from electronic rack to carlass. Measure cable.
►Groundcable(cable electronic rack to carlass )connected at carriage and
electronic rack ?
Error : Tune error / EPC Tune error : cannot tune beam
Unable to switch on a beam
►Are the ‘driver boards’ present during initialising the machine?
‼ Powersupply driver rack working. Led on front is working?
‼ Check all electrical cable connections for driver rack.
► Circuit braker for laser rack still activated ?
► Broken diod cable !
► Laser or laser powersupply
