Feeder - Drum
Error : VACUUM LOW STOP
High vacuum value drops underneath high vacuum detection during exposure.
► Is the film correct loaded on the drum?
‼ Tail of the film must cover the last part of the slits for about 1 to 1.5mm
► Correct vacuum value(200-245mbar). Stable during exposure ?
‼ Check vacuum valve and pump.
► Vacuumgap between drumaxis and vacuumpipe must be 1 film and equal all
around
► Stepmotor stable in loading ?
► Films must be correctly installed in cassette.
‼ All films flat in cassette. No film may drop.
► Check parameter 57 and 59 of the filmfeed parameters.
► Slow down drumspeed up time.
► Be sure the latest LTL software is installed.
► Check parameters “Frnt rol pos after flm rel (0=off):” and “Back rol pos after
flm rel (0=off):” .
► Clean drumsurface with aceton.
► Is the film position correct along the drum? Film position must be in the
middle of the vacuumslits.
‼ Reposition the complete filmfeeder.
► Films should be flat not curly.
► Sticky films should be separated. During loading films can be separated by
using parameter 56 of the filmfeed parameters!!
► Cleaning drumholes and vacuumslits
► No long vacuumtube on pumpexhaust. Pump environment.
‼ It should be noted that the temperature specifications for the vacuum
pump must be fulfilled (< 25 °C). The pump produces a lot of heat.
The exit of the vacuum pump box may be extended towards the
outside this by means of a metal tube of 200mm diameter and a
maximum length of 1 meter.
► Play on filmfeederbridge.
► Filmholder is not going away from films during LTL command ‘8 sfdrel’
► Broken vacuum tube
► Position of the suctioncaps. Filmedge may not be obstructed by outer
suctioncaps during loading.
‼ Reposition suctioncaps
► Screw underneath granit may not rest on cooling system when granit is down.
‼ Lift three M16 bolts so granit is a bit higher in his down position.
