Electronic boards in the machine rack
The machine rack is placed at the bottom (above the ventilators) and
contains the following new boards (see drawing 39923):
• PE 4136/01
5V - 20A; 24V - 2.8A; +12V - 2A; -12V - 2A; -5V - 0.5A.
The power of the 24 volt is increased (24 volt used in multibeam box)
• MONOVOLT SUPPLY PK400
40 VOLT SUPPLY (8-10 Ampere)
• Maccon
• ADAPTED FOR RSF-SCALE
• ADAPTED FOR BEAM TUNING
• Generation of the pixel clock
• I2C-interface
• Correction of shaft encoder eccentricity
• Ssipro
As a consequence of the "interlaced exposure principle", the expose
data coming from the RIP has to be shuffled and delayed before it can
be sent to the optics.
• CARLAS
Drives the shutter.
• MULTIBEAM BOX:
There are 2 DRV4X3 boards. Each board generates 3 channels of 4
beams.
