Installation phase
Installation machine – connection developer
Leveling the SW8xx
Carriage must be positioned in the middle of granit and air bags must be
inflated(do not forget to connect the air pressure coupling on the bottom
side of the air bags). Leveler can be positioned at the outside corners of the
granit at the side where the carriage hovers over the granit. Machine must be
leveled in X and Y direction. Leveling must be done by adjusting the four feet
of the machine.
Leveling instrument accuracy : 0.01mm/m for one devision.
Keep the bubble within 2 devisions.
