Lens L2 (Biconcave lens F-40mm)
1. Insert L2 in its holder and mount it on the rods.
2. Check if the beam points at the same target on the wall as
without L2.
Otherwise turn L2 by 90 degrees. With the screws in the holder
you can also change the position of L2.
3. Distance between holder L1 and L2 = 3.2 mm.
4. Check if the beam has no vague streaks at position M1 and at target
on the wall. Otherwise reposition L2, clean the lens or replace the
lens.
ᄬ
On spare lasers L1 and L2 are already correct positioned. So no
adjustment on L1 and L2 is necessary.
Mirror M1
1. Mount M1.
2. Align mirror M1 so that the laser points through:
• the first coating on the splitter
If the previous laser was still working and you have aligned the laser
through the first and in the second target. Than you can go to
“Splitter”.
• Position your target on M2. The lowest beam should be a bit lower
than the lowest hole of the "3 holes optical wand" and the highest
beam should be a bit higher than the highest hole of the "3 holes
optical wand".
3. The "left-right" position can be aligned by adjusting mirror M1. The
height cannot be influenced by M1.
4. To align the height you have to adapt the height of the laser.
Remark
AOM-position: 225 mm further than M1 (drawing 39251)
TC-position: 780 mm further than M1 (drawing 39251)
