Field Service Manual December 2003
Example: The following is an example of how to move the top side of the
job 10 mm closer to the top side of the film (at spoiler side), supposing
the value of parameter 6 is now 350000.
Calculation of change to parameter 6: Unit 1/32mil = 0,8 µm
10mm=10000µm .  Par6
(correction)=10000/0,8=12500
Par6(new)=Par6(old) – Par6(correction)=350000-12500=337500

7 Not in use

8 Skew at 100000000 (1/32 mil) : 128
- parameter to correct the skewness at position
   100e6.

9 Skew at 300000000 (1/32 mil) : 128
- parameter to correct the skewness at position
   300e6.

10 X expand factor (ppm) : 0
- defines the shrink expand factor in the
x-direction (value between -100e3 and 100e3). Value coming from
Smartplot.

11 Y expand factor (ppm) : 0
- defines the shrink expand factor in the
Y-direction (value between -100e3 and 100e3). Value coming from
Smartplot.

12 Filmtype in use : 0
- 12 types of film settings can be made (value 0 -> 11)

13 Non-retuning range (1/10%) : 10
After each exposure a tune verify of the beams
is done. If the difference between the measured
and the stored values is greater then PAR13, a
new beam tuning is performed and the tuning
values will be updated.

14 Scan level : 0

15 Chart scan home (1/6400 mil) : 0
