"LOCKRANGE_ALL" finds the minimum and maximum frequency for which
the PLL locks on DRV4X3. These values have to be stored before
"SKYMAX" is executed.

• Enable Quadding in parameter list "option B".
• Disable optics calibration in parameter list "option B" and check
whether frequency corrections are zero in parameter list "option M".
• Set par 13 (non retuning range) to 10.
• At the end of the optic adjustment perform a ‘skymax’ and save the values.
