Each caterpillar track (1) is driven by a travel drive (3). The travel drive con‐
sists of a variable displacement axial piston motor with high-pressure con‐
trol and a planetary gear unit with flange-mounted sprocket. Each of the
travel drives is activated by its own hydraulic pump.
